  • Phone Incidents 2 phone call incidents per license per single user.
  • Corporation support is 5 phone call incidents in all. Help Desk/Extended Support
  • A support fee of 50.00/hour will be charged if support is required beyond the initial incidents.
  • A minimum of one hour will be charged if the hour is not completed.
  • After the first hour, we round the charges to the quarter hour.
